Our Team
Kelly Faulkner
Kelly is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of experience helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. She brings a uniquely integrated approach to care, shaped by her background as a Division I Track & Field athlete and her degree in Physiology from the University of Washington.
Drawing from extensive training in sports and orthopedic massage therapy, strength and conditioning, and movement analysis, Kelly blends hands-on manual therapy with performance-based training to address pain at its source. Her work goes beyond symptom relief, focusing on biomechanics, structural alignment, nervous system regulation, and movement efficiency to create meaningful, lasting change. She specializes in working with complex presentations—including overuse injuries, post-surgical clients, motor vehicle accidents, and athletes navigating high training loads—by treating the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated parts.
Kelly’s philosophy is rooted in education, collaboration, and long-term resilience. Whether she’s working with competitive athletes, active adults, or individuals returning to movement after injury, her goal is to help clients better understand their bodies, rebuild trust in their movement, and develop strength and durability that carries over into everyday life. Her approach supports not only performance and recovery, but also confidence, autonomy, and sustainable health—allowing clients to move with purpose and live pain-free at their peak.

Steven Goldin
Steven Goldin, LMT is a trauma-informed movement and manual therapist with 21 years of experience helping people get out of pain and back to doing what they love. He combines hands-on manual techniques with movement modalities to address dysfunction across the skeletal, fascial, muscular, joint, and nervous systems — with a particular strength in complex and chronic pain cases that haven't responded to other approaches.
Steven works with a wide range of clients: athletes, dancers, martial artists, desk workers, teachers, and performers. Half of his former Bay Area practice consisted of professional and pre-professional dancers, and he has extensive experience with hypermobility, injury recovery, and performance optimization at every level. His sessions incorporate comprehensive taping techniques and LED light therapy as adjunct tools when appropriate.
What sets Steven's approach apart is his commitment to treating the whole system, not just the symptom. Every treatment plan is formulated with intention — working through specific areas in a structured sequence — and always includes maintenance or rehabilitative exercises to help clients hold their results and continue expanding their range and ease over time.
He has a long history of working in collaboration with chiropractors, physical therapists, osteopaths, naturopathic doctors, and movement specialists including Pilates and Gyrotonic instructors — and brings that integrative, evidence-informed mindset to every client he works with.
