How to Redeem Your Gift Card
How to Redeem Your Gift Card
Your gift card email will include a unique redemption code to use when scheduling your appointment. Please follow the steps below to book your gifted session:
1. Visit the Peak Function booking page.
Click the link provided in your gift card email. Once on the Peak Function website, navigate to Services and scroll down to Integrative Bodywork and Sports Massage.
Click BOOK NOW to be taken to our online scheduler.
2. Select your therapist.
Once you reach the scheduling page, choose the therapist you would like to book with.
3. Select the session you were gifted.
Choose the specific service and session length that matches your gift card.
For example:
$65 gift card: 30-Minute Sports Massage
$130 gift card: 60-Minute Integrative Bodywork
$190 gift card: 90-Minute Integrative Bodywork
$375 3-Pack: 60-Minute Integrative Bodywork
Please select the standard Integrative Bodywork or Sports Massage service rather than a membership option.
4. Choose your appointment time.
Select an available date and time with your preferred therapist.
If you are a new client, you will be prompted to create an account and provide the information needed to reserve your appointment.
5. Add a credit card on file.
The scheduling system requires a credit card on file in order to book your appointment. You will NOT be charged for the service covered by your gift card. Your gift card redemption code will be applied to the appropriate session.
6. Enter your redemption code.
Once your appointment is booked, you will have an area to tell us your reason for scheduling the massage.
Please enter your gift card redemption code here, along with any information you would normally like your therapist to know about why you are scheduling.
For example:
Gift Card Redemption Code: XXXXX — Scheduling for ongoing shoulder and neck tension.
This allows us to identify your gift card and apply it to your appointment.
7. Complete your intake form.
After booking, you will receive an intake form by email. Please complete this prior to your appointment so your therapist can review your health history, current concerns, goals, and any other relevant information before your session.
That’s it — you’re booked!
