


Summer Youth Track & Field - Monthly Option
Take your speed, strength, and skills to the next level this summer! Our youth track and field program meets three days a week and focuses on building a strong foundation in both sprints and jumps. Athletes will learn proper technique, improve mechanics, and develop speed, power, and coordination through structured, age-appropriate training. Whether your child is new to track or looking to refine their form for competition, this is a fun and focused way to stay active and elevate performance.
Pricing is based on a weekly rate, offering flexibility for families throughout the summer season.
Start Date: June 2
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
June 2–4: 9:00–10:30am at Pillows Warehouse
June 9–13: 9:00–10:30am at Thomas Jefferson HS
June 16–27: 4:00–5:30pm at Thomas Jefferson HS
July 7 – Aug 8: 9:00–10:30am at Thomas Jefferson HS
*No practice: June 6th, June 30- July 4
