


Summer High School/Master's Track & Field - Weekly Option
Dial in your high jump technique this summer! This small-group training meets twice a week and is tailored for high school and masters high jumpers looking to refine their approach mechanics, takeoff timing, and bar clearance skills. Sessions include targeted sprint work, plyometrics, approach drills, and event-specific strength training to build speed, rhythm, and explosive power off the ground. Whether you're aiming to PR or clean up your form, this is a focused space to level up your high jump game.
